Bandos is so fucking overrated, especially tassets. I find BCP to be more useful than tassets. Only time I buy bandos is BCP for dks tasks. Tassets are similar and better defensively and +2 str bonus is far, far more likely to increase your max hit which increases dps and for only 25m may as well. Obby legs will be good for slayer and non boss pvm content where you just sgs your health back anyway, but i bet most scenarios they dont increase max hit and are therefore useless.
